Changing membership

I wanted to move to discovery from my normal membership, the process is long however Thomas Msindo the sales person took this upon him to make sure that this is done in within two days with time constraints of working hours with the call center.<br> <br> With more and more resources or people that provides service only caring about getting the work done but do not go a step further, it is clear that we do need people like Thomas who push as if they are doing it for themselves.<br> <br> Nice work Mr Msindo I hope you will afford other people the very same approach, <br> <br> Many many Thanks.
