Change of debit order not done

I have sent through via email ALL the requirements to change banking details for my debit order. YET you went and debited the old account!!!! Now i am sitting with a returned debit order and the cost there-of!!!! This is not my mistake but INCOMPETENCE on Planet Fitness side YOU WILL RECTIFY THIS AND YOU WILL REIMBURSE MY COST OF RETURNED DEBIT ORDER I am SO tired of institutions such as yourselfs whic is a "supposed service provider" Quick to sell but POOR service with anything else And because of this it becomes the customer's problem Not my problem,YOU WILL FIX THIS OR I AM CANCELING MY CONTRACT AND YOU CAN SORT IT OUT WITH MY LAWYER I HAD IT!!!!!
