Change of Banking Details NIGHTMARE

Useless, *********** and rude admin staff! I have been trying to change my banking details for the last 6 months with no positive outcome! Every beginning of the month I have to pay my club fees with my card at reception! Out of frustration I told the lady who phoned me the last time that I am sure it will be easier to cancel my contract and the next thing I get an email stating that someone will contact me to discuss canceling my contract!
