I wish there was 0 star. I had a very unpleasant experience at hennopspark planet fitness with the CGM JULIE VAN ROOYEN that has been a problem for quite some time. Harassment of a member and false accusations is not tolerated and being treated in a very disrespectful manner. In general I can understand why people don't enjoy working with staff because of the bad training methods and with such a high staff turnover as the staff even does not enjoy working there anymore. With that said you do teach people how to treat you.
