Cautionary Note - Planet Fitness Olympus Pretoria East

Since July 2020 my husband and i have been trying to cancel our membership, all within the Planet Fitness cancellation procedures. We have sent written proof of our email correspondence to Planet including to their collection bureau, all to no avail. Communication with Planet Fitness is impossible, and the lack of educated attention to our numerous cancellation requests are simply ignored. We have now been handed over to some "tin-pot" collection group with threatening messages from this collection agency. In closing, be forewarned and stay away form this *********** and ******* organization!

We are honourable law abiding citizens, and we urgently wish to caution all individuals considering a Planet Fitness membership.
