So two weeks ago, they tried to ***** my Fortuner in front of the gym's doors between 10:00 -11:00 with security on duty. We filled in an incident report, and reception on duty said they would send us the Camara recordings on monday morning. When we phoned the monday, they said that you can't see the whole fortuner on the Camara, we insisted on them sending it. We send emails to the manager with no reply. The following Saturday, we drove there to get some answers. Only when we arrived the manager said she just sent us a mail. So she said then there are no Camara recordings, Planetfitnes can't confirm that the vehicles are safe, its a crime Hotspot. I had to pay the R5000 damage and 3 months of gym membership to cancel. We drive all the way from Delmas to go gym at this world-class gym that is appropriately safe with 2 car guards. Still, i have no answer from Planetfitnes, and it's two weeks later.
