Cant keep their promises

Hi <br> <br> About 5 months ago my friend and I signed up at PlanetFitness Westwood Mall in Durban. Upon signing up we were promised bags at a later stage when they receive more stock. 2 weeks ago i went and asked the sales person who promised us the bags if the bags had come yet and she told me no. The following day another friend of mine had confirmed with me that a week prior to that day he had signed up and he had received a bag. I dont understand what type of sales person lies to customers telling them what they want to hear and making them promises which they dont intend on keeping. I am really upset with this service to be honest. i moved across from Virgin Active because i was told that the service here was better. Well it doesnt seem like it. i will leave my contact details at the end of this email as i hope to be compensated for the trouble Planet Fitness Westwood Mall has put us though. <br> <br> Thank You<br> <br>
