Can’t cancel contract

Poor service. Emailed twice and called to cancel and nobody gets back to you. Been forced to continue a 2 year contract and once you try and cancel without paying a penalty nobody gets back to you to confirm. Knowing how this company operates they will enforce renew clause then have another 2 years of a forced contract. With a R2500 cancellation penalty.
