Cant cancel buddy tag and het charged no matter what the reasons.

I took out a full planet fitness membership and a work colleague wanted to become a Buddy for R100 a month. He then decided to become a full member himself so I tried to cancel the membership. They say no you have to phone the call center. So I tried with no success. So the debit order kept going off for probably 6 months . So they got his full membership fees and my Buddy fees for the same person. Now finally after about 9 months I got through and cancelled the membership so I was thankful. On my arrival at the gym this morning I was blocked and got told to pay another R198 for the cancellation of the Buddy membership which I was not told by the Call center. So just taking taking taking more and more. The manager at George is already in my bad books for confronting my 9 year old daughter for using the treadmill within my sight and not coming to me but making her cry. I don’t know why I’m still a member here. I was perfectly happy at Virgin but this gym is closer to my house. What a waste of my money and abuse.
