Cannot Cancel Membership

Seems like its impossible to cancel your Planet fitness Membership. When i joined, during Dec 2021 they confirmed i can cancel (2xMonth Notice) at any time. I did this in January 2022 Suddenly they started a new Debit order 4xmore than the Contract Amount. 3months later , still not a Sorted.
