Cancelling my membership - again

The admin and information given by the sales team and call center of Planet Fitness is extremely disappointing and inconsistent.

Cancelling my membership again. I used to be a member, cancelled due to a lot of issues with billing and admin inconsistencies and terrible service. I re-joined, and will be cancelling again.

Disappointed.
