Cancelled gym contract

I Have cancelled my gym membership last year January 2014, at Pretoria club arcadia, with the assistance of one of the people working at admin, while cancelling I was required to write down my ID number, name, address and reason for cancellation which I did, however I started to see the gym still debiting mu money, I went back again, I was required to write the same information, with the assurance that my membership fee will be cancelled, however it is not cancelled until today<br> <br> I have signed a one year contract which was supposed to automatically lapse end Sept, which didn't, I end up make arrangement with my bank that to cancel the debit order early March 2015, which they did.<br> <br> Today 20/04/2015 I received as sms saying that my gym fees is in arrears ***.<br> <br> I don't owe any gym fees<br> <br> I know gym with virgin active<br> <br> planet fitness failed to cancel my membership after I ask them several times<br> <br> And according to the contract that I have signed the membership subscription expired 30 September 2014.<br> <br> Kindly assist
