Cancelled contract now told it’s on “auto renewal”😃

I’m appalled by how Planet Fitness & their so called attorneys try to **** me of over R12k for a contract which I canceled & claim I’m on “auto renewal” - asking me for emails yet I called & received a “sorry to see you go email” after the call follow up.

I refuse to pay this - who is the industry ombudsman? Please assist I wanna take them to task!!!!!!
