Cancelled contract but still paying!?

I cancelled my contract in June due to horrible admin and customer service. Then in October I suddenly start paying full membership fees again without even being a member??! A amount of R1300 has been withdrawn from my account and I have been speaking to a agent who said the issue was resolved only to realize that she paid an amount of R50 back. I am not even a member anymore but I still have issues with you guys.
