Cancelled but took R700 off my debit order

In January I called giving notice due to the fact going for cervical spinal fusion and a neck operation.<br> I have phoned emailed again asking to stop all debit orders end of January I was told this was done,<br> this HAS NOT BEEN DONE. I need this money in my account in 48 hours There is two amounts that went off. R599 and R99. I spoke to 3 people send emails why was yet another debit order taken????<br> <br> After I told I will not even be gyming from January due to my condition I still paid for January full month and told them in advanced I am cancelling my Vitality. I need some one calling me urgent and having this resolved soonest.
