cancellation that doesnt get cancelled/customer services

<p>calling Planet Fitness customer services is a headache at as you get put on hold for for almost an hour. i wanted to cancell in time but couldnt beacuase i couldnt get through after attempting more than 3 times having to waiting more than 30min.</p> <p>secondly i tried cancelling my membership but they didnt cancell it instead i was debited twice in the month when i thought i was no longer a member. iv been told that i will be refunded within 14 working days but im waiting to see if that will happen. im very disapointed i would never recomend this gym to any of my friends.</p>
