CANCELLATION | Terrible (NO) service

The contract was cancelled with documentation attached due to job loss and Covid in 2020. Cancellation was sent to the branch, no response from PF since 2020. Acc is now being handed over to and shifted between collectors who only send out sms' with balances, but still no correspondence from collectors or PF to resolve the issue. Fees keep piling up without resolution. NO client service or support. Really disappointing.
