Cancellation of Planet fitness Gym membership is much more expensive than remaining their client

<p>Firstly, i think there should be a rating of a half star because i think that is what planet fitness deserves!! I have been a member of these ******s, for more than i feel i should be, thats 5 or 6 months by the way, i asked kindly for a cancellation of my R239 per month membership and they tell me i have to pay over R1200 jus to cancel the membership, my monthly installment is R239 only, how then do u justify the R1200 when i clearly indicated to you guys i am having financial constraints?? the cancellation is over 4 months of subscription at my current rate, this to me is unacceptable, the Ombudsman should have a look into this kind of unfair "we got you on contract" type of behaviour, i cancelled becoz of monetary reasons you require me to pay 5 months subscription does that even make sense, i think prospective customers must just stay away from you. will seek to do everything in my power to be told something that makes sense because what you lot are doing is just robbing, i want out dont put any funny conditions on me just because i am cancelling, you can't justify over 1000 cancellation "fee", no freaking way!! u guys suck!! </p>
