Cancellation of Membership and Fees

<p>I am really dissappoint in the services from Planet Fitness.</p> <p>My son opened a membership with them. He contract with his company ended. They handed in him over to laywers due to no payment. He made arrangements with the lawyers to pay off the outstanding fees. He also did a cancellation of his membership over 2 months ago. They stopped deducting monies out of his account. This month Planet Fitness started trying to take monies out of his account again today.</p> <p>He contacted the Call Centre to sort this out. He was told they they can see it was cancelled and they are unsure why they have started his memebership again.</p> <p>He had to send an email to them asking why are they deducting monies out of his account. He received no response from the Call Centre. He phoned back again and spoke to another consultant and was advised that they did not cancel his contract and he must pay Planet Fitness their monies and he must pay the laywers.</p> <p> </p> <p>Planet Fitness you are doing people in here. Once you hand a person over...you are not allowed to charge them for any services and you are not allowed to restart his membership without authorization and start charging them again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Stop flipping ripping people off. This is the most disgraceful behaviour of a company!</p>
