Cancellation of Membership

Hi there<br> <br> I am trying to cancel my membership with Planet Fitness Moreleta Park<br> <br> I know there is a penalty payable, and have no queries with this. <br> When I asked the amount, the e-mailed me 2 amounts, and on further inquiry on which of the 2 is payable, I received no answer. The debit order has gone through, and I still don't know what the amount is I should pay<br> <br> All I want to do is cancel my membership!
