Cancellation of Contract

Hi there,

I have been struggling to cancel my subscription with Planet Fitness for over a week now. I have sent an email, gone into my branch and they say I need to wait for the call centre to call me. However the website says I can't cancel over the phone.

I am leaving the country which is why I need to cancel effective 31st May. I have enjoyed my time with gym and would like to cancel peacefully without a fight, but I suspect that Planet is going to make it very difficult.
