Cancellation of Contract

Planet Fitness Plattekloof is currently under construction. There are no bathrooms, showers or locker rooms available. I arrived at gym after work just to be told that I need to go change in the ablution block in the parking lot or I should come dressed for gym! I got no notification that the gym is under construction. For this reason I want to cancel my contract. <br> <br> I am now getting billed R539,10 for commission to the sales consultant as part as my settlement fee. First of all the sales consultant lost all my paper work when I change my contract to Discovery Vitality, resulting in me having to pay an extra month of my previous contract. I also had to come into the gym to bring all my paperwork again. It took over a month for the gym to actually reimburse my money. I have a paper trail of emails to which no one rep**** regarding my change of contract, confirmation of my change of contract and my reimbur*****t. <br> <br> It is completely unacceptable for me to be billed commission to a sales assistant as part of my settlement fee, when all that sales assistant caused was a month and a half headache trying to rectify his mistake to which Planet Fitness was completely unresponsive.
