Cancellation Issues

I am really disappointed in their customer service. I canceled my contract with them after 4 years of being a loyal customer and keeping my account up to date because I moved to a different area. They always try and phone and never put anything in writing/email. Pathetic that the branch is unable to assist whatsoever with cancellations. I have been disputing the debit orders each month and will continue to do so until they cancel my membership.
