Cancellation ignored

I tried to cancel my contract with planet fitness but I just can't seem to get through to them. There is absolutely no number I can find to get through to them. I went on the Internet to cancel via email, but the email address they give doesn't even work. I have been trying for a while now and they keep on taking my money. Now I finally got through to them to get a ref number. They said they will call me back in 72 hours. It's been 502 hours now.. No call!!! I am so fed up with this gym!!!! You have very very bad service. If I want to join you jump left and right to join me up but if I want to cancel you ignore me. Thats very bad service and I will definitely not recommend this gym to anyone ever!!!!!!
