Cancellation fiasco

Hi Planet Fitness, in 2020 around October there was a gentlemen that assisted me joining Planet Fitness. i was really happy until i had to relocate. i remember vividly i took the gym account knowing that cancellation fee would be R750 , 3 months later i requested to cancel my membership and i was told i must pay an amount which was above R3000. i was really shocked cos the sales person told me cancellation is R750. i refused to pay that amount because of misrepresentation from your salesman. i sent multiple emails complained , i also spoke to your lawyers and been consistent to my message that i am not going to pay that amount. i want to join Planet fitness now because my friends and collogues are with you guys but my experience with you was horrible and i might even motivate my friends to go look for another gym company
