Cancellation fee (stole my payment)

You don’t even deserve a star because, i have paid my account every month and August last year i paid the cancellation fee and I received a auto response back the Cancellation is being processed. January this year i got a call from Landau that the account is being handed over for over R2000 how the hell can that be after i paid for the cancellation! I am so frustrated im at the point to open a ***** case because my money I paid is ****** ! I will never ever support Planet Fitness again
