Cancellation department is the worst!!!!

<p>Planet fitness owes me 1000 rand. I want to cancel my contract and they have the nerve to say I need to pay the next month. I am furious. How can they not cancel my account instantly?? Money greedy place. I have been telling lots of people how bad the service is and not to sign up!! Pathetic and Unacceptable!! </p>
