Cancellation and refund not done

<p>was interested on taking a contract with planet fitness gym and I app**** online and received a free week training and during that day I had a call from one of the sales person and he told me of the specials they have for Black Friday and I told him I was interested and we met on the 25th of November 2016 I have him 100rand and my details and at that time he had no papers for me to sign and I informed him I will come by the gym to sign the contract but I never had the time and on the 29th of November 2016 he called me and I informed him I no longer wish to take the contract with them as I had a better offer from another gym and he said that's fine they will process a cancellation and refund for the 100rand I have him. On the first I noticed that they debited my account and I called on the 5th of December 2016 and I spoke to the gym manager who I have the call recording for the call I made to her and she promised to have the contract cancelled and a refund done within 14days and that hasn't happened and I called to follow up but no one came back to me. I need your help, as I feel ****** and haven't signed any contract with these people and have nothing from them not even a gym card but they keep on debit my account.<br />Regards, Ntsika </p>
