cancellation

i am an unhappy client i joined the gym on the 26 May 2015 at Carlton centre i was told by Mike that the gym will start operating on the 1 July 2015 and also the sign contract does state that the gym will start on the 1 july 2015 till July 2015 and i paid R100 deposit on the 26 May 2015 knowing that the gym will be open on the 01 July 2015 . First week of July i called them to found out if i can start gyming that i was told that the gym will start on the 03 August 2015 due to construction i was very unhappy because i had goal to reach before October and furthermore no communicated with us about the delay.on the 20 July i went to their to tell complain about the service they giving us and we then told again that the gym will start in October and i told Mike that i want my member ship gym with no penalty fee BECAUSE am not happy with a service am getting and i cant wait for October i was to that i have to call head office to cancel and i have to pay the penalty fee i told mike that i wont pay anything because it not my fault. i called head office the service was VERY BAD THABO,lungi the SUPERVISORS.
