Cancellation

Took up a contract last year and payment was going as per the agreement, unfortunately from this year there was not source of income to maintain the agreement, went to the Planet Fitness branch in Centurion mall to report the situation and was told to contact the call centre to cancel, when call centre is being contacted they advise that there is a form to complete at the branch. This issue has been going on for months now without resolution.

Went back to the Centurion branch yesterday to sought assistance and was told that unfortunately because I signed the contract there is nothing they can do and cannot also cancel the contract, meaning the monthly instalment would accumulate with no access to the gym. monthly premiums have been attempted without success.
