Canceling of contract...

<p>I have signed up with planet fitness the 20th of october 2016. since i have signed up i have not used your premises in any sence, i have only been there ones and that is when i signed up due to my work transfering me to another region i need to cancel my membership. The 1st debit order has not run yet but you still want to charge me over R1000.00 to cancel my contract.. I feel its unfair as i have not paid 1 cent to you or have spended 1 second in your facility or on any of your equipment.</p> <p> </p> <p> HOW CAN YOU CHARGE ME FOR SOMETHING I HAVE NOT PAID FOR OR EVEN USED??????????</p>
