Canceling My Membership

<p>I used to live in Fourways, then moved to Pretoria, I registered with Planet fitness fourways, now i wanted to cancel my membership with them as there are no branches close to where i live. I tried callling since last month couldnt get through, i sent an email to client services, still there is no help and they keep on debitting my account every month yet i do not use their facilities. Please can they CANCEL this membership.</p>
