CANCELATIONS or theft???

So I have been trying to cancel my account since march - have been forwarding screenshots as proof. due to covid and all we did not pay gym. Then August came. Not only did both my husband and I send an email. But we called our gym directly and call center. Afterwards I had to follow up AGAIN. no cancelation etc. After speaking to more than 2 agents we hear that our gym contract will end only end October. WHHHHAT! why? It has not only been 30 days notice, It has been MONTHS. We would like our cancelation to be this month - nothing after September. 30 day policy is from the date of cancelation. NOT WHEN YOU DECIDE TO READ YOUR MAIL OR CLICK TO CANCEL BUTTON. I ask that someone will contact me directly to sort this out. As I read the ratings I suggest that you get people to follow up on cancelations ....
