Cancelation of membership

I have a issue with planet fitness. They keep on deducting money on my account I have not been to the jymm since covid. I have not signed any new contract with them. I have not been sent any communication in this regards . I went to the pinetown branch and they called the call centre. As per them they have been sending emails and to this day they still have not sent anything or I have not received any statement
