Cancelation fees on membership.
Hi.
I have left a review on hellopeter a litle while back about planet fitness cancelation fees. They then said they can arrange to let the cancelation fees be paid off lile monthly installments. Now when i phoned them they said they cannot help me with that the full amount pf R1670 wil be deducted in full end of next month. I lost my job and have been medically boarded, a loss of income and stil they cant help me like they said they would. What am i supposed to do?

As outlined in the membership agreement, cancellations do require a notice period, and certain fees may apply based on the remaining terms of your contract. We understand that financial difficulties can be challenging. As an alternative, we recommend considering the cancellation notice, which would allow you to spread the cancellation fee over three months, rather than paying it as a lump sum.
