CANCELATION FAILED

On 13 Jan 2024 I saw Mpanza @Planet Fitness Castle Gate. To get a FAMILY gym contract (me, my 4 kids & husband), after I completed the whole proses he informed me that this will exclude my husband and that he needs to get his own contract. After 10min of consideration I went back to him and told him to rather cancel the whole thing entirely.

He ensured me that this contract will be cancelled and no fees will be deducted from my account and they will even refund the gym tag.

After three months and they still deduct my account for for something I HAVE NEVER ONCE used.

And when I try to contact the Sales Rep Mpanza he just reply vaguely and does not answer my phone calls.

Now I am being penalized for his mistake and have to pay for months up until August because he just wanted a Sale.

WHERE is the 5 days cool off period they claim they have, I did not need 5 days I went back the same day to cancel this contract and now me the client is liable because a employee did not do their JOB.
