CANCEL MY CONTRACT!

PLANET FITNESS’ SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY **********!

The level of service I have experienced is the worst I have ever come across – the struggle is indescribable. Planet Fitness is quick to take your money, yet they cannot resolve even the simplest of issues. I have now attempted to cancel my membership more than 15+ times over the past 3 weeks (going on 4), through countless emails and calls. Despite this, my contract has still not been cancelled.

To make matters worse, I have now received a notification from my bank stating: “A new registered mandate debit order PLANETFIT has been registered.” This is beyond unacceptable.

The customer service is disgusting – I have had to explain and re-explain the same situation repeatedly, with no resolution. You cannot even get through to Head Office, and this seems to be where the delays and dismissals continue.

I refuse to be associated with Planet Fitness any further. There is no chance I will be paying a cancellation fee, or any further fees linked to this gym. Looking at Hello Peter reviews, it is shocking how many people share the same complaints, yet Planet Fitness does nothing to improve their service. That speaks volumes. This is truly the worst service imaginable, and I would strongly advise anyone against joining Planet Fitness.

HOW ELSE DO I GET MY MEMBERSHIP CANCELLED? Because the route I have been given IS NOT WORKING!
