Cancel membership and debit orders

The service is poor, reception ladies are rude, and I have only been to the gym for 2 weeks then moved away. I have requested for my membership to be canceled and till date planet fitness is trying to debit money out of my account and over R3000 .. this needs to stop immediately!!!!!!!!
