Cancel gym contract

Absolutely disgusting service, I asked to please cancel my gym contract, I don't have transportation to get there and can't afford it anymore and spoke to one of the telesales lady's she said if I spoke to a manager that they couldn't help me I asked to do a payment plan and she said no, I've never come across anyone as rude , I will never recommend this disgusting gym to anyone!!!
