Cancel Contract Request

Planet Fitness is Ruimsig/Roodepoort closed the baby care facilities without even an email notification. Nonetheless. I only joined up with PF because there was a facility for them to look after my 2 year old. When they closed down the baby care facilities i wanted to cancel my contract. I was then told i need to pay a cancellation fee of R1400 odd. I dont understand that i have to suffer cause PF closed down their baby care facilities as this was their selling point to me. They closed it due to no demand but everytime I had my little girl there there were other kids also. How can there not be demand. I then spoke to Thabo @ head office. I have never experienced such rudeness towards a client. Very unprofessional. <br> I would advise people not to join up with PF as they are not keeping to their promises.... I have sent an email complaining but had no response as yet.
