CANCEL ASAP

As discussed, I would have stayed a member had you allowed me access to the gym for the 3 days this week, however since that escalation has fallen off the radar from your side with no feedback or any form of communication. Please cancel my membership with immediate effect. DO NOT debit my account under any circumstances, and if you do I will seek legal recourse to claim back failures of this request, as I do have all communications and tracking around this query. I am moving over to Virgin Active. Thank you
