Can't change clubs!

I have been trying to change my club from Centurion to Wanderers. I cannot get through to the call centre, get put on hold for ages. I went to Wanderers directly to try, the staff were unwilling to assist me. I was eventually helped by the manager there, Sean. He advised me he could not do anything, and I should mail customer care, and cc him on the mail because they hadn't responded to my previous online enquiries. There is no mail address on the website, so I completed the \contact us"form. I also mailed Sean to ask for a customer care email address. I did so on Tuesday"
