Call centre is a nughtmare

I've been trying to cancel my membership, I've requested cancellation, I've paid the amount they wantes me to pay, yes it's been almost 2 weeks and no feedback at all, except that they call me to tell me I'm owing them money but I just paid up my membership settlement fee, at this point I am furious because instead of just canceling the membership they keep giving me the run around. Planet fitness the gym where it's easy to sign up and even easier for them to debit your account, but for cancellation you going to wait until you die and it still won't be cancelled. Terrible terrible experience
