Call Centre Agents are the worst

<p>I called on Friday 25th to check the steps I needed to take to cancel my contract. Spoke to Nompumelelo who said she would email me the letter with the amount and banking details I needed to pay before they cancel, she never did. I called again on Saturday spoke to some guy who also promised he would email it to me. After an hour I called again, but this time the line rang until it dropped my call. I wrote on tHeir Facebook page and they also promised someone would contact me. Today is Tuesday, my account has been debited and I cannot get ahold of anyone at the call centre as the phones ring till it drops the call! Planet Fitness clearly is full of ******.</p>
