By passing commitment
ood morning Planet Fitness,
Please note that with immediate effect and after consultation with legal council, I have taken the following measures.
I am very happy to discuss and negociate otherwise with you, however bring your attention that before breach of contract is raised by yourself, head office, be advised that you as a firm are in breach of service and contrary of your contract.
NOTE: I do not hold any member of the Claremont Planet Fitness Staff liable for the state of the
**showers, chipped tiles, missing doors, perished rubber/silicone, ** the exercise bicycles, that slip, clips are broken, don't always function, ** treadmill or two that don't function, etc.
I am not happy to continue to pay my membership in full until these matters are addressed, further more will not do so until you as a company (refer again to paragraph three) have re-negotiated my contract and I have this new rate in writing.
I am aware of the water crisis, before this is raised, I am not rendering to this matter, not able to use the steam room, potentially not be able to use the pool, water fountains and so on, but service delivery is everything and I worked as a senior staff in health and fitness for over 5 years, so know how the system works.
I again remind you as a firm that you have failed and continue to neglect Claremont and you can not ethically continue to charge your rates as you do and under deliver.
I am willing to continue the contract at the following rate, R299 until the equipment is sorted out, etc.
Please revert to me at your convenience, until then the amount deducted will be blocked.
