Busisiwe, the staff member who assisted us, was astounding. Firstly, her call to follow up on my enquiry was so well presented. She is well informed of her work and the procedural structures in place. I have been looking for the exact information that she shared with me and within a couple of hours my membership was activated. She is patient and kind. She took us through a full detailed walk through of the entire facility and made us feel so at home. An absolutely wonderful first time experience.
