businesses leave their mistakes for clients to pay

i had it up to my neck with planet fitness! i dont know what your workers in the head office is doing but aint their job! i cancelled my planet fitness account in MAY 2018 after a year of deductions from their side, Nearly took 2000 rand out of account! they are so slow and unaware of my telephonic calls i had with them and my reference numbers on email, plus statements indicating that they still took for 3 months after cancelation. but that aint just what i have found out; they had to close my account in MARCH 2019 due account in arrears???? plus in OCTOBER 2018 they didnt deducted a sent but in NOVEMBER 2018 WAS HANDED OVER TO THEIR DEBT COLLECTORS < WHICH INDICATED THAT THEY TIRED NUMEROUS TIMES TO CONTACT ME, yeah right only now 2 months ago via email first email ever!
