Bunch of *****s

Although I know Planet Fitness does not care about our complaints and give an automated response saying someone will contact you that is an empty promise as all their other promises. I cancelled my contract last year telephonically as we as in writing. After numerous calls they said they would pay my debits back.. It has been over a month and they still have not paid it back and for the third month they have again debited my account. As I can see many complaints of the same nature it's clear that they are a bunch of *****s that blatantly lie to survive. I will warn everyone against joining this useless brand.
