I took a contract, one month later I converted my contract to vitality that is a 12 month contract. When I send them a cancellation letter I was told that I must pay R5000 because I am still in contact. I send them a mail that I have a Vitality contract. Someone did phone me back, but that contract was conveniently not loaded. It was quite for almost a year and now I receive letters from Attorneys. My sales consultant that I dealt with was Nick at Planet Fitness The Gate in Centurion. They also wanted to give me a new contract and will then wright off existing debt.
