Bullying clients at the Gym C( planet fitness )

I am very concerned with staff members working at Planet Fitness Mall at Carnival

A Cleaner bulling clients when visiting the Gym and uttering vulgar words and pointing fingers and saying to the client she can go outside and meet her meaning she wants a fight and she calls us clients a ****** question is what is the code of conduct of planet Fitness? Are employees trained whether being a cleaner or the planet fitness employee on how to treat clients as they pay their salaries they creating a bad name for the brand planetfitness and such employees are out of control and needs a thorough descipline

A cleaner made an argument with us as clients myself and my friend and one of the employees said go outside as this is a personal issue mind you this cleaner does not even know us but she always passes remarks at the gym whenever she sees us

Staff members of planet Fitness mall at carnival are not professional and *********** and the gym will loose clients because they being bul**** by staff

Thalitha Bongile Makola is a bully working at planet fitness mall at carnival and , planet fitness will definitely loose clients because of her she is not professional and this is a serious misconduct to the corporate world no company should tolerate such behavior, she further recruited her colleagues as the argument prolonged I tried to stop my friend from arguing with her but she was persistent to further prove that she has an agenda.

This matter needs to be addressed and Thalitha Bongile Makola must account
